During trial, Mr. Rabah was able to pick apart the homeowners testimony and it was revealed that not only did the homeowner start the fight by attacking the santiation worker first, but he exaggerated details about what happened in order to file a civil suit against the city. The end result was a not guilty verdict, allowing Mr. Rabah’s client to keep his job with the city and to walk away from the case with no criminal record.
